Directory Information

Pets Near You organizes public business information to help pet owners discover local providers. A listing is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee. Business details, availability, qualifications, prices, reviews, and operating status can change. Confirm important information directly with the provider before hiring or visiting them.

Pet Health and Safety

Site guides and tools are general educational information, not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If an animal may be in danger or needs urgent care, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary service immediately.

Inquiries and Provider Relationships

When you submit an inquiry, you authorize us to use the information to operate the request and, where applicable, share it with a relevant provider. Pets Near You is not a party to any agreement between a pet owner and a provider and is not responsible for services, payments, disputes, injuries, losses, or other outcomes from that relationship.

Provider Claims and Listings

You may claim or edit a listing only if you are authorized to represent that business. Information you submit must be accurate and must not infringe another person's rights. We may review, correct, restrict, or remove listings or account access to address inaccuracy, abuse, closure, legal concerns, or site integrity.

Featured Subscriptions

Featured listings are paid subscriptions billed according to the price and interval shown at checkout. Featured status affects eligible placement and provider tools but does not guarantee traffic, search rankings, inquiries, customers, or revenue. Contact us before the next renewal if you need help changing or canceling a subscription. Stripe processes subscription payments under its own terms.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the site, submit false or unlawful content, impersonate another person or business, probe or disrupt site security, automate abusive requests, or use directory content in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

The site may link to or display information from third parties, including providers, Google, and Stripe. Their services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. Google-sourced content is also subject to the Google Terms of Service.

Availability and Liability

The site is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pets Near You disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the directory or a provider's services. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
