How do leads work?

When a pet owner visits your service+town page and fills out a contact request, you get their name, phone, email, and details delivered straight to your inbox. You call them directly — no middleman, no bidding, no competitors getting the same lead.

What if the spot for my trade and town is already taken?

You can join the waitlist. We'll notify you the moment the spot opens up. The current holder keeps their spot as long as they stay subscribed — nobody gets kicked out. First on the waitlist, first to get offered the spot.

How many leads will I get?

There is no guaranteed volume. Demand and organic visibility vary by service, town, and season. Judge Featured by the inquiries and customer value it actually produces for your business.

How is this different from Yelp or Thumbtack?

Pets Near You uses a flat subscription rather than charging per inquiry. One active Featured provider is offered for a service and town, and matching inquiries are not resold to a group of providers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Your Featured status stays active until the end of your billing period. Annual subscribers get a guaranteed spot lock for the full year.

What if I don't get any leads?

Cancel if the plan is not earning its cost. Featured is an optional visibility and inquiry-delivery channel; we do not promise rankings, inquiries, booked jobs, or revenue.

Do I need a website?

No. A listing can work with a phone number. Featured providers can replace the website URL shown on the listing, but a website is not required.
