• Public provider information: business names, locations, phone numbers, websites, ratings, review counts, photos, and related public business details from sources such as Google Business Profiles.
• Usage information: device, browser, approximate location, pages visited, and actions such as selecting a provider contact option, successfully submitting a request or provider application, starting a listing claim, or beginning checkout. These operational events are collected through Google Analytics and ordinary server logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate and secure the directory, respond to requests, route inquiries to relevant providers, verify and update listings, process subscriptions, understand site performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Service Providers and Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the service. This can include the provider you ask to contact, as well as hosting, database, email, messaging, analytics, payment, and business-data vendors such as Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Twilio, Stripe, and Google. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe rather than stored by Pets Near You.
