What we can promise
- Only one active Featured provider is offered for a service and town combination.
- A provider-specific inquiry is sent only after our email provider accepts the delivery.
- Featured billing is a flat subscription, not a fee for each inquiry.
- Providers can cancel through the billing portal and retain access through the paid period.
What we cannot promise
- We do not guarantee search rankings, clicks, inquiries, booked jobs, or revenue.
- Demand varies by service, town, season, and the quality of the provider's own follow-up.
- Pets Near You is an additional discovery channel, not a replacement for a Google Business Profile or referrals.
- A listing can be useful before it generates leads, but Featured should earn its cost on real results.

Should I claim the free listing first?+
Yes. Claiming lets you correct the description and specialties without paying. You can review the public page before deciding whether Featured is worthwhile.
What does Featured change?+
Featured adds first placement, a badge, a provider-specific inquiry form, confirmed email delivery, lead tracking, and the ability to replace the website URL shown on the listing.
Are inquiries exclusive?+
For an active service-and-town spot, provider inquiries are routed to the matching Featured provider. We do not resell the same inquiry to a group of providers.
How many inquiries will I receive?+
There is no guaranteed volume. Organic visibility and local demand can be uneven, so providers should judge the plan by actual inquiries and customer value rather than projections.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe billing portal. Featured access continues through the current paid period.
